109 year old woman reveals shocking secret why she lived up to 100+ years

Having a long prosperous life is the wish of every human. Nobody wants to die young and are ready to do anything to have a long lasting life.
No one knows when death will come knocking, but it's good to play your own part as human to extend your life span.


An old woman by name, Jessie Gallan (picture above) had before her death in March, 2015 revealed her secret to having a long life on earth.
Majority found her idea extremely shocking, but it actually worked for her.

Now her secret..

"My secret to a long life has been staying away from men, they're just more trouble than they're worth."  She said before her death

Did you read that? That men are trouble.. Interesting!


She also revealed an extra secret to her vitality and said:

"I like my porridge. I have all my life."

Obviously, Jessie's theory isn't scientific fact, but she does make a very interesting point!
