Can you imagine! Man chains and locks houseboy in cage with goats in Lagos (photos)

The offence the boy committed is still unknown. He was seen serving a punishment given to him by his master. He was chained, locked up with goats and without food for days.
The wicked act took place at No 5 offin canal Lagos Island market.
According to reports, It was not the first maltreatment the boy is getting from the Nigerian man.
