IMPORTANT NOTICE ON UNIZIK CEP FORMS

This is to notify all intending CEP students{part time} that the forms which is currently on  sale for 8000 naira will close on the 31st of  December,2014.

If you are yet to buy the forms please do so before the 31st as their will be no extension of the dates.

Also,if you have bought the forms the for the submission of the forms is 6th January,2015. Please do well to submit your completed forms at the CEP office inside the Utility building on or before the 6th.
